Database installaiton issues with utf8 compliance

The error stack mentioned in the this blog post may annoy users. Finding solution from google with issues is also not very straight forward. To resolve the issue:

#  Check that the database is installed with utf8 compliance.To check the same the command is:
show global variables like ‘charac%’;

When create a new database and finds collation is latin or some thing else re-install the DB with utf8 compliance option. Another option could be to edit my.ini and make changes there but it has different implication as well.
